  • Designing an insurance program that provides protection against those risks that are beyond our clients’ ability to comfortably withstand using their own resources.
  • Working in the insurance marketplace to find insurers that can provide the necessary insurance at competitive costs. We strive to help our clients develop long-term relationships with insurers. We believe that, by doing this, we will create insurance programs that will be less subject to the volatilities that affect the insurance marketplace over time.

Other services include:

  • Creating Safety Committees at our clients’ business. We have helped clients determine the proper composition of Safety Committees, the frequency with which those committees should meet, the topics that should be considered by those committees and the creation of incentive and disciplinary measures to accomplish the goals of those committees.
  • Assistance with insurance-related language for leases, general contracts, sub-contracts and service/vendor agreements.
  • Assistance with the structure and operation of in-house insurance operations for clients that have chosen to self-insure exposures with significant frequency of claims.
  • A review of insurance claims histories. Our efforts to help our clients stay focused on claims enables our clients to improve their claims experience and, as a result, to reduce their insurance costs.
  • Assistance in the handling of claims. Our Claims Department is staffed by professionals with years of experience in helping assure that claims are administered quickly and efficiently by insurers. We always function as our clients’ advocate in the handling of claims.
