Mr. Wertheimer holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) designations. He received an A.B. degree in economics from Franklin & Marshall College and a master’s degree in liberal arts from Johns Hopkins University. He has lectured often in Property and Casualty insurance to law firms, accountancies and undergraduate and graduate classes. He serves or has served on the agent advisory boards of insurance companies and on the Boards of Directors of charitable organizations.

John H. Heller

Mr. Heller attended Duke University and majored in economics. He serves or has served on the Boards of Directors of the Jewish Big Brothers/Big Sisters League (as its President), the Jewish Community Center of Baltimore (as its President), the Central Scholarship Fund, the Jemicy School and The Associated Federation of Baltimore.

Michael H. Laupheimer

Mr. Laupheimer attended Washington & Lee University and majored in liberal arts. Joseph L. Sutton

He holds a B.A. in history from James Madison University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. Prior to joining ISG Mr. Sutton served as Director of Strategic Alliances for Caliber Learning Network, Inc. and iLearning, Inc., both affiliates of Sylvan Learning Systems (now Laureate Education). Mr. Sutton is also a member of the St Paul’s School Crusader Council.

Diana M. Rogers

Ms. Rogers is a Certified Public Accountant. She received a B.S. degree in business from the University of Baltimore and a Masters in Business Administration degree from the University

Denise D. Carnes
